Beta service

Get ’Em Gigs is in public beta. Features may change. Deposits, payouts and balances are recorded in “gig credits”, which are not money, have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. One band profile per account. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

No spam, fake gigs, fake venues, impersonation of other bands, automated sign-ups, or attempts to fake check-ins. We may rate-limit, suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service.

Buddy Gig deals

A Buddy Gig deal is an agreement between two bands to attend each other’s shows. Check-in happens when the band playing scans the attendee’s rotating check-in code at the show. Settlement runs automatically after both shows; results are final during the beta.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for cancelled shows, venue decisions, or disputes between bands.
